I watch film from the 80s. Larry Bird would get in a fight and they still
let him play. Rondo pushed Kris Humphries and got suspended for 2 games.
SMH

TheBostonCeltic says:

Trash talk belongs on the court, field, etc. It’s part of an athlete’s
competitive nature and makes games more interesting. To address what the
reporter asked about sherman. People don’t like him because of his infamous
post game interview, running his mouth about he’s the best, and everybody
know he holds more than anyone else in the game.

Obed Blas says:

Trash talking is the only way…. I play B-Ball wtf nigga getting soft.
Good Video lil nigga!

txxx926 says:

agreed these leagues are too soft

Ryan Harris says:

As long as the trash talk is about bball, then everything’s fair game.

itsddashrock says:

Gary Payton look old as hell now.

Maya Laku says:

Trash-talking makes the game more fun, plus why so you think the NBA had
such high ratings in the 90’s? Because they were competitive and were
cutthroat. Only time you see that nowadays is with the Bulls and Heat. But
that’s probably not gonna be a rivalry anymore since LeBron’s leaving.

Chris Gomez says:

John Rhee says:

If you don’t know how to trash talk, then you’re soft and you are NOT a
real competitor.

Kal El says:

I hope this makes it to the history books. Are you listening Africa?

Smush Parker Jr. says:

These leagues are becoming too soft, but i understand his point of not
wanting to corrupt the minds of young kids.

NightHawk808 says:

As long as u play the way u talk ur good

sznj94 says:

The NBA is already too soft with all these rules so at least let them talk
some trash. I believe it fires the players up a bit mentally which could
lead to some great battles/duels which is what fans like to see. Also it
could be used as an advantage to get into some players’ head like Rodman
and Reggie Miller used to do.

TeamPill says:

yes, it makes baseball fun…

zerojtr10 says:

I trash talk so Im forced to back it up. Its a motive to not look like a
fool and help my “do what it takes to win” mentality. Playing aggressive
and smart makes a difference in the game.

MrMaks1 says:

Did you already adress the Rose Comeback?? Do you think he will be an MVP
player again?

dwadefan4lyfe2 says:

THANK U GP!!! Smh U can’t even call the NBA a man’s game anymore

Jason Bell says:

Trash talking in sports is the best! It brings out the best in other
players and yourself.

Manny Patino says:

trash talking is the best, it’s even funnier if they can’t back it up.
example: Carmelo and KG

jjohnson218 says:

If I can say how great Iam and prove it, then theirs nothing wrong with
that. I’m the man come get you some, if u don’t like it to bad to sad punk
